Ordered 12 days ago and no sign of it! |

Why is Hometrends stupid enough to send out a request for feedback and review if they don’t even bother to check if your bloody product oredeed 11 days ago has showed up or not. My product ordered 14 May and they sent shipment confirmation 18 May, saying it would arrive in two days. Mine has not arrived despite having ordered 14 May. This is ridiculous and would not recommend under any circumstances. I will let you all know if it shows up.

Sorry you have not received your rug. Firstly, I take it you mean June as opposed to May. The email you received prompting feedback is automated and generated by our system. How could we possibly know you had not received an order if you didn't even get in touch?
You ordered on 14th of June at 11pm. Your item was dispatched with An Post on Friday, the 15th of June, about 15 hours after you placed your order. An Post don't operate at the weekends... the 18th was the next business day after we dispatched, which was when they attempted to deliver it. Delivery was unsuccessful, there was nobody to receive the item at the address, so it has been held at your local depot, see tracking history here: https://track.anpost.ie/TrackStatus.aspx?item=LJ082611752IE&sender=
Usually An Post will leave an Attempted Delivery notice when this is the case. You can pick it up at your local An Post depot. If you'd have got in touch sooner, we could have helped sooner.
We do our best Paul. We dispatched 15 hours after you ordered with the country's national postal service, we can't do much more, especially when it isn't brought to our attention. Let us know if you have any further concerns.

EDIT:
Paul still hasn't gotten in touch, but I see from the tracking link he has collected it from his depot yesterday (26th June).
